01 / What it asks you
Your inputs, one quarter at a time
Which week of the quarter you are in, and whether to forecast the current quarter only or the next one, two or three as well.
Contract value up for renewal, and the share you expect to slip out of the quarter.
Up to three churn factors and three expansion factors (pricing, seats, products), each as a % or a $ amount.
Renewed, churned and expanded so far this quarter, plus how much expansion is usually booked by this week.
Last year's net retention for the same quarter, as a benchmark.
If your CRM or data warehouse is connected to Claude, the skill offers to pull these for you and shows what it found before using it.
